Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours of placing an order, unless otherwise stated in the announcement bar at the top of the page.

T-shirts & sweatshirts come directly from my print partner and take approx 5 working days.

FREE DELIVERY for all UK orders using first class post with Royal Mail.

International Orders will incur a flat fee of £8.95. Please note that international buyers are responsible for custom and duties charges. Alternatively international orders can be placed through my Etsy shop.

If you wish to collect your order from the Brighton studio, please add the code COLLECTION at checkout. Then send me a message when you would like to pop in, between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday.

An email will be sent once your parcel has been dispatched. Please double check your junk folder.

If there is an item you need urgently for a special occasion, please contact me and I will do my best to get it to you on time.

I hope that you absolutely love your purchase, however I understand there may be times you wish to return it. If you are not completely satisfied please get in touch as soon as possible, then send your return back within 14 days of purchase, unused and in the original condition with packaging undamaged.

Items can only be returned or exchanged if they were purchased from this website. Please contact the stockist that you purchased the item from if you didn’t purchase from here.

Please make sure items are adequately packed, I cannot be responsible for damaged returned items.

I can only refund delivery costs when an item is faulty or an error has been made on my part. Please note I do not refund original shipping costs if you have changed your mind.

To keep your jewellery looking as fresh as the day it was made, please follow these simple instructions:

Your jewellery will attract fingerprints and dust, so a little wipe every now and then with a micro-fibre cloth or soft t-shirt fabric will keep it shining like new.

Avoid using sun cream, perfume, lotions and potions near your jewellery.

Please don’t wear your jewellery in the bath, shower, swimming pool or sea.

When you’re not wearing it, store it in the Laura Danby box to keep it safe, untarnished and dust-free.

Please be gentle and treat it with care. It is not invincible, unnecessary pressure may cause it to break.

Great care goes into the materials used and the impact on our environment.

The acrylic is 70% recycled and the off-cuts are donated to a local school, where they are broken down in a chipper for the students to create new projects, creating minimal waste.

My laser cutter runs entirely on renewable energy and the supply chain is zero waste where possible.

All parcels are posted out in 100% recyclable, biodegradable, plastic free packaging. If your package arrives with green bubble wrap, it is biodegradable. If it’s clear bubble wrap I have re-used it.

Please recycle or reuse your postal packaging wherever possible.
